I wanted curbside, but after my pickup time arrived and I was at the restaurant and had clicked "I'm here", I waited in my car for eight minutes before finally going in to get the pizza myself. When I went inside, there were two employees I could see, neither of which greeted me. Finally, a girl came out to the front, playing or texting on her phone. She stood there for a moment before even noticing me, then finally acknowledged me, no apology or concern for my wait. I got my pizza and went back to work (late, thanks to the horrid customer service at this location), and when I took out a slice, it was so greasy that the absurdly thin crust was SEE-THROUGH. There was barely any sauce on it, which would explain the greasy crust, as I'm sure the cheese seeped through. It was disgusting, but not as much as the poor customer service I experienced. Nearly $20 of my hard-earned money, wasted. Avoid this location at all costs.
Pricing is a bit off. Promos are confusing. Service Fees in California are ridiculous.

My meat lover pizza was mostly cheese. Made very sloppy. They forgot my wings came 15 minutes later. My order was 20 minutes late. So over all will not order again. So disappointed.
I had to change a little thing to my order but the manager said I had to cancel my order an do it again.. all I wanted was to change a pamisain cheese I bought for a $1,29 to a upgrading my bread sticks to cheese sticks for a$1.. pretty much and easy fix but no.. I had to cancel order n redo it all again .. makes no sense what so ever.. waste of time
