This McDonalds is a good one . All young kids first job but they are well trained and speak so Old Ears hears them about 78.765% of the time. Not 100% but better than most .Food always seems to be packaged well also .It is McDonalds so just remember , this ain’t no Five Star joint you frequent so much . Plus we ain’t going to the Moon here !
Wanted simple fries and drink with some lemons. Took almost 20 minutes when an employee said “2 minutes” . He then gave my drink, said he’ll get my fries, then proceeded to go to break. Had I not said anything after 10 minutes I would have waited in total 30 minutes. Its not that hard to pour a large tea and a medium fries even if theres a large drive through line.Moral of the story is don’t be nice if you get a mobile order and choose curbside Dropoff since they will have to bring it to you for a mobile order.
Drive thru packed so we went inside. The bathroom was over run by homeless, the dining area was closed. Too many homeless inside too. Place not clean.
Possibly the worst are the 2nd worst service I've ever had in over McDonald's very very rude at night not sure they are in the day but at night around this time or whenever the person who's working the window and assistant right there garbage really bad attitudes very just wow in all the wrong ways .
This location always has some type of inconvenience last time I went they were only accepting cash @4 in the morning. Didn’t make sense to me to even be open if that’s the case. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Fast service, fresh food, did half to ask for ketchup....
So I wanted breakfast because I work early mornings at UPS and I was told at first that Breakfast wouldn't be until 5am; it was 3am. But the guy and lady ( an employee working the window/taking orders and a manager) said it was OK, that they would serve me breakfast. I was so excited and hungry. Then my birthday was on the first of this month (December)and wanted the free things McDonald's gives away for your birthday. Again, they said they don't serve those things early until later, but made a huge exception. This is why I love McDonald's so much and at this location. Can't say everyone is like that, but these two went above and beyond to see that the customer (me) was taken care of, and that is great customer service for you. That is another reason for me go back. Other McDonald's I have been to been rude and not will to see a customer happy. I find that these two people should indeed lead others to what McDonald's stands for which to serve a great meal and to see a satisfying customer. Myself, I have worked customer service for more than 10 years and when I see others do amazing things as Myself has, I make sure they are recognized. I hope McDonald's does the same for these two people. Didn't get their names. However, I will another morning.
Nothing but rude, unprofessional liars working at this location. The sign they posted clearly says walk-up customers can place order for pickup via app. Yet when you ring the doorbell, a girl with an attitude will come and tell you “it’s drive-thru only” and close the door in your face. Would never visit this location again and will be sure to post my experience everywhere I can. Should be closed for posting misleading information and being nasty to customers
If you go here, I recommend the drive-thru. It's the fastest way you'll get service.They must be pretty slammed, because the interior access is closed now. It makes sense though. It's been a solid wait time just to get acknowledged by staff when at the counter lately.
They were nice enough to grant my rewards code although it was giving me issues and not working but when I asked for cream and sugar at the window the worker didn't acknowledge me just turned and started getting the items. Her phone rang so she walked back to the window to answer her phone that she left on the counter and moved super slow because she was in her call, at one point she just stood there with the bag in her hand and on the phone. Handed me my card without a word then gave me the bag without a word. A good morning, or even bye would have been nice.
