Well another McDonald's I go into for you guys and I must confess it is one of the most cleanest and nicest McDonald's I have been to so far in the city of Norwalk. Very clean well sanitized. Also covid free. Prices can be a little bit lower while the economy gets back on track. Meanwhile come and enjoy this MCDONALD'S. SINCERELY JESUS BANDA HONEST REVIEWS.
This Norwalk McDonald’s is the slowest McDonald’s. 50 minutes since we ordered and we still don’t have our order. Tons of people waiting for their orders.
My kid loves the nuggets so I get them on my app but this time I went inside and it was quick and no issues they even gave me a ree coke slushy there selling they are good now I'm hooked on them ?
I didn't appreciate the sarcasm & attitude the worker, Evelyn had with me when taking my order.My change was $1.14, and when I asked if I could give her a penny to make it $1.15, she responded with a "mmh" & said she "couldn't do math." Really?I tried to explain again to be more clear, but then she closed the register and responded "can't do that, I just closed the register" with a smirky look on her eyes.It was a simple request, there was no need for all that extra act.
I ordered with points to get some free fries. On the app the points had been cashed in as rewarded. However I paid for my fries at drive-thru did not realize till I drove off. I was frustrated to say the least that this place does not honor your rewards points. Don't go here if you want to use your points. :/
Used curbside to order. 1st car there of eventually 5. Took nearly 30 minutes and would have left after all four other cars if they hadn't messed up their order. By time I drive away all....all of my food is cold.
I found most of McDonald's are very friendly, convenience, clean and decent variety of menu. I mentioned several time before McDonald's is the only place that has restroom for customers to use during the pandemic. Before the pandemic I also found McDonald's a place to get water and restroom, you don't have to be a paid customers. Thanks McDonald's.
Fast drive-thru considering the layout of the lot design, I love to go back often but downsides are that it doesn't have a direct entrance coming from the Westbound Whittier Blvd and spaces for curbside pickups are somewhat tough to park (depending on the number).
Drive through...... Ordered 2 lg fries and 40 chicken nuggets = got home to find 2 lg fries and only 20 nuggets.Super disappointed. My fault for ordering at the drive through on a rainy night when they know people won't come back once they're home.Still, I paid for it so I should have gotten it.
