Bought a large Sprite with no ice. About 10 minutes after drinking my left kidney began to ache and a sore appeared right under my lip. Wanted to get it myself to avoid this, as I don't believe in people preparing my drinks (or food) for me, but their lobby was closed. Not sure what was in it, will never allow a McDonald's employee to serve my food or drink ever again, they serve poison. Better off drinking water from a pond than the drinks they serve you (through the drive-thru). Ridiculous.
Really nice cashier and cool vibe. My grandkids were happy with their Happy Meals. I ordered a coffee and what I got was cold/room temperature coffee but I brought it to their attention and got a fresh hot cup within one minute.
Ordered in app, before I got there, to save time. Took forever! Ordered a Bacon McDouble with no buns. Received 2 patties and lettuce, didn't get bacon or cheese or the mayo I paid extra for.
I'm not a big fan of big corporate international fast food chains. But this place was clean and had a clean bathroom I was able to use even though I didn't purchase anything.
I can't believe they mess something up every single time. There's 3 McDonald's in Norwalk and this is the bad one, just head to Imperial and save yourself the time.

Always seems to have a long line. Line moves at a decent rate but if your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this loc. The breakfast is good but lunch and dinner sometimes fries are over salted or taste like they are old or have been sitting a while. But sometimes they are great so it's a hit or miss. I will say to check your food before driving off if your driving through they tend to get super busy and often forget items in your order especially the big ones. And your straws get left out often too. Any condiments you have to ask for because they often will not include them if it doesn't come with them already. That goes for extra napkins too !
Doors are unlocked and they said to go to drive thru when it's an online order...what's the point of ordering online if they going to make people wait in their 20min drive thru lane and only one lane open...and to top it off there was missing items.
The morning crew is better than the night crew. Fries are never fresh.
