WORST pizza.I ordered online, a large pizza and two individual pizzas. When I placed the order I was told 15 minutes.I went in and picked up my order, took me less than 5 minutes to get home. ALL the pizzas were COLD, hardly any sauce, crusts were hard as a rock.Lucian does NOT deserve 4.5 stars. You barely deserve 1!!So disappointed!!Company states you can't wrap your head around a one star review? I HAD to put the star. The pizza was so cold. Almost as if it had been sitting for a while and I'm only 15 minutes away. It should have been hot. I don't want a refund. What good would that do me?
