The first pizza they gave me on the left is overcooked and when I said that the girl made a weird face. She said that's policy to make it like that and I have to request for it to be lightly cooked or what should be properly cooked. I bought a second pizza which is the one on the left and gave the first one away. It's crazy you have to make a special request for it to be cooked right. Really good pizza when it is
I cannot believe I'm having to do this. Little Cesar's is normally 5 stars in my book. Today was HORRIBLE.1. I have a simple order2. Arrived missing 1 pizza3. Arrived COLD4. I ordered Buffalo wings - received BBQ5. The crazy bread was overcooked - almost burntI called Door Dash - on hold 10 plus minutes and nothingI called Little Cesar's and Emily (manager) may have provided the missing pizza but that too was cold.Not good at all. Really really disappointed.

I just went to pick up two pizzas with some hot wings and my hot wings were given to me cold, not warm once so ever. I tried to call and they don’t pick up their phone.
Delivered hot delicious pizza to the Norwalk American legion my friends and I were hungry pizza was a little late but given the football games that where on pizzas probably flying out the door I'm ok with a coue minutes.GREAT JOB
This store was poorly manged today. Dumb and snotty employees. System was down and they were only accepting cash. Then they could not make a calzone. They were not making cheese pizza either. Then the employee had the nerve to tell me she had no coin and was not giving me my 89 cents change. I told her to give me a dollar back instead but she said she couldn't be short? Really. By this time I asked for my money back and left. We had McDonald's for dinner instead. You lost a lot of business today with bad customer service. I was not the only person who left.
Ordered 2 large thincrust pizzas took 35 min to get my order too long ...needs to improve
