The ice cream here is delicious and is a hit in norwalk with tons of customers always lined up. I dinged one star because while most employees are pleasant the one i got in particular tonight had a bad attitude and made a big fuss on a misunderstanding about our order. I get it your store is busy all day and it was towards the end of the night so you're tired. But having a nasty attitude towards me and complaining to her coworkers infront of us when ive only been nice is unwarranted and unprofessional and i only mention it because even before having to fix our order she was unpleasant. She had the look of someone who wanted to go home from the second she asked us what we wanted. To her it might seem like she did nothing wrong but employees must understand you don't need to say anything wrong , your tone, energy and delivery can rub someone the wrong way and greatly ruin an experience. No one is unjustified in sometimes hating their job but they should always serve customers with a good attitude because that is the basic standard across all industries and customer service related positions.
They take to damn long to serve a scoop of ice cream . I went in for a cup of fresh juice . 20 min wait and I still haven't been helped. I just left not worth 20 mins . Who hired these lazy slow people. They obviously don't care. There's alot of reviews stating the same thing I am .

The lady who helped me out ruined my first-time experience at La Michoacana. She was extremely rude. My mangonada was not even worth the mistreatment. I will not be returning any time soon.
