Absolutely Horrible! When I was served the soup I should have left. The hot and sour soup was nasty looking and I asked for the egg flower. It tasted like the threw the salt shaker in it. My Chinese wife could not eat more than a taste. The appetizers were old and dried out and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. If I do not get food poisoning it will be a miracle. Her chow mein noodles were swimming in grease and the shrimp tasted less than fresh. The kung pow chicken was OK but very greasy. The service lady was friendly enough but could not make up for the terrible food. I will never return. This place used to be great but I think there was a change of ownership along the way and it has turned to one of the worst Chinese places have ever eaten at. It deserves 0 stars.
Good food, very good, but little Asian lady tryed to hustle me out of an additional (tip) charge on my debt card purchase after already leaving a cash tip. Total $60 my cash tip $10 she told me at point blank I need to add more to it on my debt receipt. Should a tip be 1/3 of the foods total?
Being very particular in eating I have had positive experiences here. My coworkers turned me on to this restaurant & im glad they did since I'm a creature of habit.?The kung pao beef is my favorite. Kudos to the establishment
I have been going to Kung Pau for over 25 years. The food service quality has never wavered. I drive a ways to get the best Kung Pau in Norwalk.

Always loved the food but zero customer service. Always I get stuck with old lady without any smile. To be honest they need to change the cashier at front.
Not sure if it’s just me but $35 minimum for delivery is whacky. ??♂️
Very poor customer service. They added a surcharge for a lunch special 5 mins after 4 but didn't say anything and the manger didn't care. Never coming to this place again.
