You lost a very loyal customer. I am deeply disappointed in this establishment. I ordered a pick-up from DoorDash. After about 20 minutes I was notified by the app that my food was ready. I walked across the parking lot to pick-up my food. The staff hadn’t even started making my food. I asked the cashier what was the status of my order. She read my ticket and said they were making it now. As I moved to the pick-up area I noticed one of the crew members was wearing flip flops which is extremely unsanitary. Regardless I waited another 20 minutes for my food before getting upset. I was then notified that they did not have the ingredients to complete my order. (I only ordered 1 turkey sandwich…) I asked them why would they accept my online order if they did not have the ingredients to complete it. When you order for DoorDash the establishment has to accept it. Regardless they completely wasted my time but it gets WORSE! I told them because it was DoorDash they have to void it or I would be charged for cancelling/voiding if I did it on my end. They had a complete attitude and told me it would get handled later. I am a active duty service member in uniform. I work entirely too hard to have a problem with a sandwich shop. My first job was actually Jimmy Johns. So I know what they can and can’t do first hand. It’s not even about the money. It’s about the lack of customer service, hospitality, and most important the TIME I WILL NEVER GET BACK. Not only will I not be eating there but no one else in my office will be ordering from this location. Your business could have not accepted the ordered. Or when I arrived the cashier who read my ticket could had notified me that they did not have ingredients to complete the order. Instead all of my time was wasted including the time I had to find somewhere else for food. Never again Jimmy Johns Norwalk.
I used to work here but tye management is Highly unprofessional. She's rude to staff, barks at customers and when I first started I was told it would be impossible to get a paystub.I finally had enough and quit yesterday.Since I started everything other employees had stated was true. I waited a month and figured if I approached the situation professionally things would get taken care of. Not the case, I couldn't take the belittling and disrespect. IM STILL GOING BACK IN FORTH VIA Text messages trying to get my paystubs. If the owner is reading this please contact Jeremy Shriver to resolve this matter. thank you
This place has horrible service. They never answer their phone. Every time I order online it always takes an hour and a half to get my food. Don't tell someone that your food is on their way when it really isn't. If you're dropping off someone else's food, you let that person know their food is on their way. Once it is actually on the way until you guys fix this, it's going to stay at one star
So disappointed with this location..... Ordered the Beach Club because it supposedly had avocado in it..... I guess technically there was a few crumbs.... It looks like they just wiped the knife off on my cheese.... There is No avocado spread or otherwise in any of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I honestly thought they just forgot to add the avocado so I called Jimmy John's Norwalk and they basically said there's nothing they can do about it and I could maybe come get a bag of chips. Worst customer service, worst sandwiches. Will never eat their again. So disappointed in how they treat customers.
Did covid cause people to be rude? I normally order online and when I got there, my order was missing a sandwich and there was one worker doing everything, I didn't get her name and she was rude and giving a bad attitude to the customers. She didn't write the number on my sandwich and ask me to check which sandwich am I missing? Seriously, you messed up on my order. Everyone has bad days but doesn't give you the right to take it out on customers. I'm a regular customer and I'm Never going back. Sticking to Jersey Mikes. Also look at my picture of there new zesty turkey sandwich. Barely any meat
I’ve never been to a Jimmy Johns before , so I didn’t know that each sandwich comes with mayonnaise. As I order my sub I say only oil, etc.. not once did she say do you want that… when I went back in to tell her she got a very poor attitude… shouldn’t be in customer service basically asking her to do her job is hard I guess.. don’t go there

The food is always consistently pretty good, but tonight my wife and I were helped by Alicia. She was running the place by herself, but was super kind and helpful, and we really appreciated her.
I went to buy 3 sandwich I ask for one more jalapeño she say we only give one she was rude Samantha her name this what she say her name she doesn’t even wear mask and when I ask her by the way how come you’re not wearing your mask she say she don’t have to. When she said I don’t have to I return all the Sandwiches I bought I took a picture of her I have a proof and I’m gonna report it to the city or the health department I have her picture without mask and she was very rude I will never go there again.
