They made me and my dad wait a hour in the drive thru only for the employee to get our $50 order wrong because she did not understand. Then the worker proceeded to say that she did not put the burgers on the menu. And she proceeded to tell my dad to go at the end of the line because she got our order wrong. We asked where her boss was but she started to have attitude and tell us that there is only two people working there and that if my dad wants to work there he can.
An excellent Drive thru restaurant.Leslie listens well to the order.She is much helpful & fast. I'd love to give her 10/10.Thanks.
Good was fresh, customer service was Good. The Box was very clean.
Drive thru was ok
Its open 24 hours but when I go at 4am the drive thru lady sais they’re closed, unreeeeeal. Also, it’s cash only whenever I get off work around 2-6am.
Was a good experience over all.
They aren't open 24/7 but I think they close at 1:30am Mon- Fri and 2:30/3am weekends. I guess the covid regulations took em up on that. But great staff and food is always freshly made. They should talk to the Google map ppl to change the schedule if they aren't going to return to the old schedule.
I'm about done with jack it self, for now on its taco's or nothing.
