I went today around 11.07 pm to the drive thru and when I'm on the speaker drive thru, the person taking my order spoke with someone else. I said "hello hello" and they never respond to me. when I get to the window, I explained what happen and he said very rudely and with bad attitude "you have to go I can not take you order" and we were waiting in the line drive thru for 25 minutes. very but costumer service. I will never recommended this place.
Needed the restroom before ordering. Both the toilet and urinal were holding pee. There was, literally, puddles urine everywhere. It smelled so vulgar I dry heaved, nearly vomited. I didn't stay to order. The Worst restroom experience ever. Drive thru was busy. So maybe an under staffing issue? Maybe a staff issue ie they don't care? Maybe a management issue? I don't know.
I left my EBT card with this store and when I went back to get it I thought they were telling me they were crediting me back ,but instead they took 16 dollars plus change from me . This place is dishonest and I will never return . I am going to my bank to dispute the transaction.
Every time I go to any Jack in the Box late night and try to buy a Oreo Shake they reply they already cleaned the machine and they are not going to serve me an order that is clearly on the menu. Very upsetting they should at least specify that on the menu...
Not open all the time as advertised. Service takes too long during the night shift. On the jack in the box web site it still says open 24 hours. The owner of the establishment needs to update the time to reflect to real business hours.
They have low prices, their very nice ??? I don't go there very often but I usually buy donuts, drinks and cigarettes at low price . They are very nice .
Breakfast drive-thru was packed but order was fast & accurate.
Not sure why it says that is 24 hours drive thru when it's not . I order food from the jacks app and this location accepted my order. I wait more than an hour and my food never arrived ? I called many times and the phone was disconnected. . Don't make drivers and customers lose time. just don't accept orders if drive thru it's going to be closed.
Placed a mobile order for pickup. Drive thru was closed for pickup due to cones placed and lobby was also closed.I was unable to call the store during business hours to check with staff and cancel order. Do NOT order for pickup before calling this store to ensure business hours are upheld.I need my order refunded by this scam of a business!
They have very bad service and mistreat people ... I definitely do not recommend this restaurant
