Honestly, I don't really do reviews but I felt like I had to tell my brothers and my sisters my feedback on this place.... its not good. If you like good quality food this is not the place. Got here at 7pm 2 hours and 30 minutes before they close. Orange chicken was soggy. The sauces for all their dishes are runny. The Mac and cheese looks like they added water to stretch the cheese for the whole plate just like all the other dishes. The crab shells taste like just imitation crab with no flavor. The soups have no flavor, I tried the miso and the egg drop. The calamari was tough and stale. The sushi felt like it was sitting there all day. Coffee was instant coffee not brewed. The only thing fresh is the Mongolian and the ice cream.
I have no complaints over the food. Good variety of East Asian dishes and cuisine. I enjoyed the food I had and the service was nice.Only thing I was displeased with was how dirty the bathrooms were.. The dirty cleaning supplies were just pushed to one corner of the bathroom and the toilets were grimey from below.But in any case, I would come back again. The price is very affordable for nice food.
I came here for the first time in years, I used to come with my parents alot. I was excited to get good memories back and I was just DISAPPOINTED. This restaurant is dirty. Critters around and nasty restrooms.
Good food, Bad customer service.The ladies there act as if they don't want to be there.When we walked in we weren't acknowledged. One of the waitress/cashier put her arm right in front of my wife's face to pass a credit card back to a customer without saying excuse me. Como sense would be to go behind her.Nobody came around to ask if we needed refills on our drinks till we were about to leave.
Not bad ,,what I was really annoyed about when when I was finished they wanted me to pay ask for card and wasn't even at even register at the register which was very rude of them. And they still demanded a tip. A tip I got up and brought my own food and drink .what did you do nothing. They need to be trained on hospitality
This is my first ever time actually taking the time to write a review, I just want to say the customer service here is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Then the food made my family and I instantly need to use the restroom and not to mention there is no cleanliness. Never will eat there again !
It's a dirty place to eat and the food quality is so cheap. Not worth eating here. Even though the staff is alright.
Hands down worst place to eat ! People are rude, the food was mediocre and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. So disappointed.
Shady place. Hard parking. Food not good. Price not reasonable. Not happy to give 1 star. Thumbs down. Don’t go there.
It looks clean, but it's not.Soy sauce, salt and pepper shakers are sticky, the edges of the tables as well.The men's restroom is smelly.
