Just ordered a pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with easy sauce, extra cheese an pepperoni. This is the pizza I came home with. Called the store the store and the general manager he’s rude. He said he personally made my pizza and it was made correctly. He said if I wanted a new pizza I had to take the one pizza back. I explained I was unable to take it back as to I didn’t have a car. No sympathy. He said well if I deliver it to you I’ll charge you a delivery fee. Charging me for his mistake I don’t understand. I said I wouldn’t pay the fee but I’d send back the incorrect pizza he said he couldn’t help me. For a company that prides themselves on being good to their customers they need better screenings for their employees. Their customer service needs a lot of work.
Called in to make an order and was greeted by rudeness. I’m glad I called in, instead of ordering my food with app.
Staff here seem to be careless with orders. They have either make the pizza with very little cheese or take longer to deliver the order after the app tracking says it had already been made 20 minutes ago and tracking is showing the driver driving so slow it takes them another 25 minutes for a 10 minutes distance. Just for it to be missing cheese and cold, what's the point of tipping ahead!?
Long time customer but recently their quality is getting sooo bad. Either pizza is not fully cooked or toppings are missing or toppings are not proportionately placed or they put all in the center of the pizza. Manager is rude and cannot take responsibility and asking me to call their corporate office for any complaints.

Perfectly done! Delivery driver was even able to navigate the construction zone in my driveway - old school style pizza delivery, one hand, overhead with what I’ll assume was a smile on his face since his eyes crinkled a bit - the best!

EXTREMELY RUDE COUSTMER SERVICE CALLED TOLD PLECE A DELIVERY ORDER AND THE GIRL TAKING MY ORDER COULDN'T OF BEEN ANYMORE RUDE WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER AND THE MANGER WOULD NOT GET ON THE PHONE NEED NEW EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE AND GOOD COUSTMER SERVICE
Terrible place they delivered my pizza with NOTHING but sauce not even cheese nothing when I call they said will deliver another pizza never happened. Really terrible service
Usually product is good. Tonight our delivery driver pulled my pizza out of his back seat. Not even in a warmer bag, to keep food warm. Pizza was ice cold and it only took driver 6 minutes to deliver.Very disappointed
