My boyfriend & I stopped by Dennys and ordered milkshakes and pancakes and once we finished our milkshakes we were both super full so as soon as our food came out we told our server, Gloria, that we would like to box everything up. From the start she was kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She provided everything and then some for our surprise to go order, I would go back just to have her as our server again she was the sweetest!
This is my favorite Dennysto come to the service is always top notch Manager Edith is always on top of things very professional always a pleasure to see her. The servers are very attentive. On several occasions we've had Jasmine as our server 20 thumbs up for her always made sure our drinks are full and brought our food out in a timely manner so it was still hot
I didn’t expect my salmon to come with a giant cockroach garnish. Yep, you read that right. My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite on our way home tonight. When my meal came out, there was a dollop of some sort of seasoned butter with something sticking out of it. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what it might be, so I gave it a tug. It was wings. Giant cockroach wings. Needless to say, we left. Where there is one, there are MANY more. Hard pass.
Customer service is great.Our server Paula, made sure our dinning experience was well taken care of.I would definitely come back.I'm usually very picky choosing where to eat and this dennys and server Paula is excellent .
Stopped by for a hot breakfast n coffee. My wife n I decided to order from the 55 n over menu. Did not disappoint. Wife had the egg white omelette n hashbrowns with spinach n pancakes. I had the scrambled eggs with shredded cheese n 2 bacon n 2 sausge links and pancakes. Food was fresh n hot. Coffee was great. All for under $25. Friendly service n clean restaurant. Will be coming back for more.
Right off the freeway, this Dennys is convenient and is large.The food is the same as any other Dennys. The service is very good and the interior is clean and updated.I especially liked that there are dividers between booths for safety. They look purposeful and not just an after thought.Funny thing, the menus we were given said "holiday" so it seems that they're using limited items for now.
Bad service. First of all the wait time for our to be served took about 45 minutes. Not only did it take long but it was cold and they didn't even bring us all our food at once. The hostess was new I'm assuming because she never once came to check on us and make sure we had gotten everything. Very unpleasant experience. They had "new cooks" so they were getting trained. Management needs to work on time management and not have guest waiting for 50 minutes just to get their food. Really bad service today. They should not seat customers if they aren't ready to serve.
I enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday dinner plate. Buttery potatoes ? Texas toast ? ? steamed broccoli &healthy helping of sliced turkey dressing& gravy + cranberry sauce ?
