Today was the worst experience I've ever had I went in there with my kids and bought 2 creature creations my daughter did not like her ice cream so I went back and asked them if she could get another flavor since she didn't like it mind you it's covid and they do not give samples on ice cream so how was she supposed to know she wasn't gonna like this ice cream They told me they couldn't give her another one they couldn't take it back because she had aten a scoop already like what were they gonna put it back to resell it i was so upset I had my daughter trash it in front of them thanks for making my 5 year old cry cuz you wouldn't give her another flavor they wanted me to re-buy it again your crazy

Takes forever to make a customer a double scoop. Unprofessional employees.
Even the delivery driver knew you guys were messing up my order and said something, and you still insisted it was correct. Here I am without half the stuff I payed for.

Took my daughter here tonight and got what you go here for... Ice cream. It was good, easy to find, plenty of parking and the guys working were friendly and easy to talk ice cream and Chinese food with.
