This was my first time at APPLEBEE'S. Mu children and my grandmother love this place. They were nice and the food was very delicious. So tender and juicy. I'm definitely going back again.
Waitress was so cool (ty Sophie) and very attentive. Food was good, could have been hotter though, but it was late at night so maybe that was why. Nice atmosphere.
The server for our table. Sarah was very welcoming, polite, and got our order right. She would make sure everything was going great and always attentive if we needed anything. Thanks to the chef for making our food top notch even through a busy time. Your the true MVP!
Went in gave name and asked for the wait time we where told 40-50 min said ok..stood aside at sight.. after 30 started noticing that people that came after us where getting seated .Went in to ask how much longer..... to find out the hostist never put the name on the listAnd where told that we never confirmed with her even when she seen us standing there and where told it would be another 30 min ..she said I just said OK but not yes...???? I waited right in front of her and made eye contact often...did she think I was just standing there just for the fun of it???
Very prompt, from sitting, to ordering, to our appetizers and meals being sizzling hot. Not to mention, delicious!! Our waitress was very kind.

This is the second location I've ever been to..both locations mk me never want to go bk. Last night we went to eat at Applebee's in Norwalk...Our server wz very sweet n polite...so my first gripe is our salads came like 5mins before our meals, not cool. Then my bfs hamburger wz good, but my Pene wz not that good..despite a big group of employees standing around talking our table service was lousy..Done with Applebee's. They need to step up their table service and managers need to do their jobs and ensure their employees are actually working...
We we're leaving Knott's Berry Farm about 11:30 p.m. on 12-22-21 andlooking for a place to eat steak that late...I called AppleBees and Anthony answered the phone.I asked if I showed up in 10 mins would you still serve us.Knowing they closed at 12:00.He said we would be the last order of the night.I got there in 10 mins.He was waiting for us at the door.Too Cool...Once inside James the waiter was really cool and professional.They got our food out quickly and it was really good no complaints...I have to say they went out of their way to make an end of the night customer feel really welcomed.We want to make sure they get recognition that they deserve and thank them very much and happy holidays. When we are in the area we will be back that's for sure..???
Very good service! Our food was cooked perfectly the way we ordered it.
Food was Mediocre! Service was great however because of the food quality don't think we'll be going back to applebee's on a date night.
