The anticuchos and picarones used to be decent (6-8). Now they're both a 4-5.The entire place is deteriorated, and hold your breath if you need to use the men's bathroom, because it will remind you of the stench you get in an alley next to a bar. But the worst is the lack of good service, manners and a smile from the owner. You'll get better service at a swap meet or any street vendor.

If you are Peruvian, you are going to love this place. This is the way Anticuchos were meant to be eaten. The spices and preparation is spot on and you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to get anticuchos even if you went to Peru itself. The sides are no slackers either as the grilled potatoes somehow end up tasting great as well.The atmosphere of the restaurant is spot on as well. It isn't the neatest or most spacious, the owner is boisterous and commanding, and it feels so right.If you were wondering where Peruvians go to eat Peruvian food, this is it. This isn't five star cuisine, but it's not supposed to be either. This is street food, but street food done at its best.
The old man in these pictures short height has a terrible way of talking to customers when all we wanted to know is if anything had milk. He would respond all rude and almost yelling. So then we left and he ran to us to our car yelling us to pay for food we left becasue of his disrepect. He then picked up a chair and threaten to break our windows with the chair he grabbed then he thteaten us with a security, he took pictures of my car plates. And waiting for the officer. Horrible service. Violent man. Have this in video.
