Showed up at 9:38pm, employee was mopping and ran to the door as my husband (whose black) and locked the door. He walked to the other door where she ran to and advise the store was closed, he advised the stores hours states 10pm. Employee then stated it doesn’t matter, they are closed and continued to close the door on him. Thankfully after reading reviews, seems likes she saved us from the food.Yeah, don’t go here.

Don't go here if you're going to use the coupon you get in your mail. This is the only Yoshinoya in the Valley that does it and will not honor your coupon.

sign in door says 10pm closed. i went 8:30. it's locked. cashier is cleaning. i knock on door. he looks at me and turns away. i knock again. he ignores me. i knock one more time harder, but he keeps ignoring me. i say loudly, "your sign says '10pm'! change your sign!'" guess i'm lucky he didn't try to hit me or something.....
They always get our orders wrong. The last time I ordered, my chicken tasted weird.. me and my bf had diarrhea and an upset stomach immediately after.
This yoshinoya gives very bad customer service one of the managers that works there was seen spitting on my food please avoid this store I do not recommend
