I order 2 cones and food for my family one of the cones flipped over in my car , no biggie accidents happen now the next thing I saw was disgusting. I tell the employee that it flipped in my car he gives me attitude and gets the cone and puts the iced that was dirty back into the machine . I could t believe it ! So I tell the employee I saw what he did and he smirks and says that what we do all the time and walks away . I files a complaint with manager on duty and customer service and have had no response back . Beware of this habit I would recommend going to a different one .
We had never been to The Habit before and were very impressed. Carlos was helpful answering my questions about the menu and I thoroughly enjoyed my side salad, cheeseburger and milkshake. You can tell the Restaurant Manager Estefana runs a great operation, and this will now be one of our go-to spots. In an area with a lot of competition for business, it is very important to offer a great first impression when you get new customers in your business, and Carlos was awesome. The people were nice but I ordered a burger and asked them to replace for impossible meat, and they gave me real meat. Even though it's clearly on the receipt. There's a huge taste and texture difference between real meat and fake imposing meat. Its irritating a distasteful how that was done
Sabrina was awesome she made the habit experience all that better. Silvia was fast and made sure I left with all the necessary condiments. Thanks guys will definitely be back soon.
Actually I think it's just me that my taste buds weren't feeling it that day, I'm not really trying to give them a bad review because it wasn't their fault. So please remember the three stars were more for my taste buds than anything I just wasn't tasteing well and I don't want them the place to Bear the brunt of a bad deal .
it's not inexpensive but it has healthier options than most other fast food restaurants..and it IS worth the wait.the staff is friendly and accommodating
I will never be back to visit the habit. Usually we have an issue with them forgetting items but this time we found a huge crawling bug in our salad! I'm so disgusted! We couldn't eat out meals. 50 bucks down the drain.
Busy drive through. Almost took an hour to go from the sidewalk to exit.Food was exactly as I ordered and delicious.
Taste good but I think I was not feeling so great after eating here. I had a double cheeseburger thing.
