Everything is made fresh to order! We found that there was way too much icing sugar / cinnamon sugar on our order but that's a preference thing!
It's good, but not what I expected ?! The churros are freshly made... But they don't taste like the real churros... The funnel cake is good.. but it doesn't compare to the six flags or Santa Monica's pier funnel cake...
I really enjoy this place. The workers here always treat me well and the funnel cake is great. I would recommend it to anyone who has a sweet tooth.
The lady with the purple hair was very rude! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! She was mad at the fact that we went in. We had called over the phone and she had answered and stated it was very busy and there were no customers when we arrived. She was very rude that we came in. She was moping and as a professional spot you should never mop when the store has not been closed due to safety and she started throwing things around as if she was mad that we went in. We went in 40 mins before closing and she was just the worst. If she didn't want us there she really made it known. I really wish that this nice place didn’t have such a horrible worker.
We were so excited to go get funnel cake, but we did not have a pleasant experience. The employees were rather snippy and the cake was inedible and ended up in the trash.

All funnel cakes, but with a variety of different toppings. Alot of other food items. Google The Funnel House, you'll see the menu. The best time to go is before 12pm or 10m, before school is over.
This place is in a great location, lively area along a very short walk to the Northridge Mall. I bought a Churro with a side of condensed milk as a dip for around 7.25. The churro itself was very tasty, crunchy and not overwhelming sweet. The dough has a thick crunchy but soft texture and was great. The employees on the other hand seem undertrained and confused all together with their roles. Very slow service. With better management this place could be enjoyable.
Funnel cakes are good, orchata drinks is not so great not even close to it. More like flavor water.
