First time here and I love it, the customer service is AMAZING the cashier was very nice and friendly. So many flavors to try and yummi food. i will definitely come back ❤️.
I came here with my nieces for a treat and they wanted to try Boba for the first time. We looked at all the flavors and they each got to choose their own. It was a fun experience for them to sit and look at all the yummy flavors. The cashier was very patient and kind with us and explained the different sizes and flavors and the difference between their drinks and their slushes. We got many different flavors including a Thai Tea, Pina Colada, Watermelon Slush, and a Strawberry. It was a wonderful fun outing and I can't wait to come back.
Good boba. They also have a small food menu. Looks like one of the spots for CSUN students.
My fiancée and I stopped by here since she wanted her Thai Tea. I saw that they had a green apple slush here as well so I was sold on trying this place. Finding parking was easy since it's in a big plaza and this place requires that you wear mask inside. The place looks like an area where college students will hang out since they have places for you to sit and free wifi. Our drinks didn't take long to come out and I like my Green Apple Slush. My fiancée loved her Thai Tea and they allow you to choose your sweetness level & ice level as well.
The food comes out fast and delicious. I love the drinks and their sizes. The workers are friendly and helpful, and they keep everything tidy and clean. Such a find if you're looking for a tea and snack place.
One of the better Boba drink places, the slushes (my personal drink of choice) are flavorful and the Boba made just right. While at it, don't forget to get the fried tofu to your order. Eaten with the provided dipping sauce, it is just one of those great combinations of parts that are great as the total experience. The staff is friendly and the chairs comfortable, in that we'll worn-in kind. The only thing they can improve on is more slushie flavors. That's not a knock, just wished they had the red (sour) plum flavor for an even more authentic culinary experience and best of what Taiwan has to offer rather than a more mainstream-friendly menu.
Going to sound cringey but hello my dear cherrios and currently at the Balcony, coffee and tea paradise! I ordered a milk tea with extra milk and a dash of hazelnut syrup because I like to taste my drink. Service exceptional, no wait, and prompt all of which appreciated. Would give a 8.9 out of 10 and would come back. Parking lot is small so fyi.
Oh boy they're speedy!
The best boba drinks ever! We come here specially from Sherman Oaks which is pretty far from this place but it's totally worth it! Thank you guys!
Okay maybe I just had a bad experience I don't know but are these supposed to just taste strongly of egg? I felt like I was eating soggy egg bread with syrup.. I waited for 40 minutes (which is reasonable amount of time since these are slow cooked) but it was not for me me, also I tried their milk tea crepe cake slice and let me tell you there was nothing that great about it. Super sad cause I really wanted to like this place.
