We purchased one of those double meat foot long sandwiches. I have one a couple times a month. The bread was all hard and crusty on the bottomI went back and they told me the bread was fresh and it was crusty due to them toasting it. Odd since I have them toasted every time and they don’t get old like that from the toasting. I crumbled the chalky bread and the 2 girls just said it was fresh. I let them keep their $15.00 sandwich.Will never stop at that subway again. They didn’t even offer to make a new one lol. Worst service to date from a subway. It won’t half star or I would. ?
I ordered online because I have a 30 minute lunch break and was supposed to be ready by 2:15. I come in, not only has my sandwich been left out of my order, my order wasn’t even ready. Absolutely unbelievable. I will not be returning
So I've ordered from here before. Never physically been there, always ordered delivery. The sandwiches have always been somewhat a mess but not too bad, thankfully because of the wrapper. But today this was the last straw. I ordered a turkey melt. It came unwrapped and it looks like it exploded in the bag. I checked the bread but there's no sign of wetness, like there was nothing in the bread. It looks like Subway tossed the insides in the bag and put the bread on top. I don't think I will be ordering from here anymore. Maybe the worker was in a bad mood today but very unprofessional to take it out on my sandwich. Like, what did my sandwich do to you buddy? SMH
The Person making my sandwich was every rude and she rolled her eyes at me never again

Its my regular Subway great staff and I order online and go pickup saves time!
