I am so disappointed I am an avid Starbucks drinker I recently joined a Panera club and pay $10 a month but I still frequent Starbucks I’ve been drinking their coffee since I started in 1999 this might be the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen Starbucks do they’re actually charging a dollar for a cup of water I have drink coffee at Starbucks and over 30 states ranging from Seattle Washington all the way down to coastline to San Diego to Florida Miami Tallahassee North and South Carolina to New York and most of the states in between this really might change my mind about Starbucks in general where do you get off charging a dollar for Water when your coffee is one of the most expensive on the market at $2.85 For a small enough to 315 for a Venti just regular black coffee God forbid I get anything like a Frappuccino or so on and so on and so on it may be a while before I frequent another Starbucks after that one
It truly makes no sense if I'm buying a new coffee cup and a drink to use it this day that the staff Cannot even rinse the cup out. Completely dumb! They can only wash their dishes she said. Great, then rince the dang cup I just literally bought before pouring coffee into it please. Starbucks has lost so much in customer service these last 10 years. I worked for them once when we strivedfor 5 stars. Now in lucky if I get 3.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. When you make both drinks WRONG …. You have zero right to have an attitude!!!
I stopped in early morning on a Thursday; a nice and courteous staff. Black ice coffee rules! No matter what time of year it is!
I regularly visit this local ad it's near work. I ordered when I arrived. Barista was very pleasant and welcoming. At 1 sip I knew there was a mistake. Told the barista who took my order and he not only apologized he took responsibility for the error which is very refreshing as so many people don't. Mistake corrected and off I went happy.
Staff is always super friendly and just seem to enjoy their jobs!

Placed a 25 dollar order through Uber eatsthey forgot to include the sriracha I clearly requested for my breakfast sandwich. I understand we are human and mistakes are made, but when I called to share my experience the supervisor said the sriracha is free and I could go PICK one up ifI wanted to , obviously that was not an option I paid for delivery !!!!!She then went on to say there'sNothing that could be done and I could call Dina the GM the next day if I wantedTerrible customer service response
