I called this place and the hung up on me when I was a asking a simple question and when I called another time they still hung up. I ask if they could give refills when using the app. A simple yes or no would have been fine
I am an RN and Starbucks is the only thing I treat myself with daily. I just recently moved and this is the closest Starbucks to me, literally two minutes from my house and I was so excited about that but I am so disappointed with them! ?. I am only satisfied with my coffee maybe 1/5 times. I preorder on the app to save time in the store and my drink is either “taken” or cold when I come. One time, I sat in the shop for 20 minutes just waiting for them to “remake” my coffee. I say “remake” because I don’t think that they made it to begin with. Today, I ordered a grande and there was only enough coffee to fill a tall in the cup. Like why? Whipped cream is suppose to just sit on the top. Not be half coffee and half whipped cream. And no, I didn’t order extra whipped cream. It’s just annoying to spend $5.45 on a cup of coffee and not be able to enjoy it. Nevertheless, I feel bad about complaining about all of these first world problems but if I spend $5.45 on a cup of coffee I want it to be delicious and made right which this shop doesn’t do.

Convenient, small location. Usually isn’t too busy. But for some reason every drink I got from here has been gross it just tasted like water mixed with syrup. Yeah as we all know Starbucks prices just keep getting higher
Horrible customer serviceI put in an order for Uber eats for a few drinks, a cookie and a brownie, unfortunately the brownies were out of stock and instead of contacting me (like other Starbucks have in the past) if they can replace it with something else they put this in with my delivery. An empty pastry slip. Disgustingly rude, I would of preferred if there was nothing instead.
