I called to order a torta and the lady over the phone had some serious attitude, and this wasn’t the first time she picked up the phone and I decided not to go due to her ugly attitude. I called and asked for a torta de pollo w jamaica. She said you can ask for that once you get here, blatantly. I said okay and asked for my total she goes “ we’re not allowed to give a total over the phone “ literally the dumbest excuse. The last time i called to ask if they had enchiladas she goes blatantly “yes we do” and I said “ okay thank you” and she just hangs up the phone. Thank heavens I never stepped foot in there. It was only convenient bc it’s literally right there less than a minute for me to have what could have been some delicious Mexican food. Thanks to that horrid lady, I’ll never know. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and what does she do? Cost business.
Food is ok, not the best...not a good place to dine in if ur picky about cleanliness. Service is less than perfect, parking is extremely limited... overrated. Wish I could say better things but this is just my honest opinion. I think all the food is pre-cooked and simply re-heated once you order. At least the Tortillas are made in house.
Tortilla is hand made to order. Tacos are giant and tasty. I'll be going again.
A little dim but its okay. Van Nuys location is way better.
Great place to eat and plenty of friendly people there to greet you. I also bought a motorcycle after my meal. Suzuki 650. Awesome meal and awesome bike. Thanks
Food didnt have enough flavor. Plain.. Horchata was too sweet. Went in with a friend and it took someone a long time to take our orders. There were empty tables but we were told we couldnt sit because other people were waiting to be seated... No one was waiting aside from us.
I asked the cashier what's ready and she offered me 2 items out of a very big menu. Food had no flavor. The manager had a good vibe the rest of the employees not. Bad vibes go into into the food.
Website says open until 8:30 I got there at 7:40 and a young lady, very rude told me they were closed! Too bad because their food is good, specially their tortillas and costillitas ....
We had breakfast so we stopped at a new place. The food was good but little over cooked and the menudo needed more spices.
Best tortillas in town. Thick, fresh, and handmade :-)
