This was really good pizza located in the fast food court in the Northridge Fashion Plaza. We ordered a full pizza for two people and had 4 ingredients...onion, tomatoes, green peppers, and mushrooms. We both loved it and some to take home. They are a bit pricey at $42.00 for the pizza and drink, but if you just get one topping I believe it's around $21.They were very friendly as well. Good 5 star rating.
Excellent Service and the 25% tip was worth it if not more. The slice I had was excellent and they warmed it nicely too. It’s been a while for me having pizza so this place did it well!
There’s a total lack of communication among the employees; one employee asked me the same question the previous employee took my order had already asked me. Not sure if those were trick questions, but yeah, usually at other establishments they don’t do that. Then when I answered a question from the male employee, who asked my friend who just looked at him like, I already answered this.Albeit, I answered in an annoyed manner, and he just spoke to his coworker (mind you, who already asked the question), in a tone, mocking mine. He’d continue to look at me, while I’m simply minding my own business. Once our order was ready, he told the other employee, “not in front of our guests,” prompting me to want to leave. Seriously, what is that? Was my tone out of line? Yes, and I would’ve clarified if he hadn’t mocked me. Like sure, as an employee, make it clear that you won’t take a customer’s attitude. Don’t take their service, and stand your ground to your boss. But outright being rude, I don’t see the outcome from that.
worst food i’ve ever tried i got pasta and the sauce was basically water with tomato chunks in it super expensive too pizza was raw and discussing just to look at not to mention they gave me my soda full of ice with nearly any soda..... lived in new york 36 years and if you guys think this is what new york pizzeria food taste like you guys are completely wrong...!!
pizza was dry and sauce was nasty. Not to mention the worker was completely rude, laughing at me when my card wouldn’t work. Felt embarrassed and I feel sick as well, never eating there again.
it is the worst customer service all the employees are rubbish
I always ate at the Sbarro in Burbank mall whenever I got the chance, and always wished it was closer to home. My jaw literally dropped to the floor seeing Sbarro at the Northridge mall! Can't wait to get my hands on a Spinach Stromboli ?? I love this place...
Let me first start off with the fact that I'm gluten intolerant. My body can tell right away whether I'm eating s*** Pizza or good dough. Right when I looked at the bottom of the pizza I knew the dough was freshly made and the crunch and texture it had was excellent. Most importantly I had no brain fog after I ate this pizza and I felt fine. If I eat at Little Caesars or Domino's I feel extreme brain fog and lethargic. Whatever they're doing in this place they better not stop because this is not only tasteful but it's also good for your health. I only gave four stars because I didn't like the sauce on the pizza that much it was kind of sour and watered down and there was not enough cheese in the calzone it just felt like dry cheese with pepperoni. Other than that this place is worthy of four stars
Disgusting and too expensive. The marinara sauce was basically diluted tomato juice with water diluting it. I’ll NEVER eat here again. Pay the same price for a good pizza at Pieology. Pathetic display of pizza
Pizza nasty dry, mac & cheese fire, spaghetti cool
