It might have been an off day, but we were with a small group for a birthday. Nobody at the table cared for the food.My ribs and side were dry, cold and, like it was reheated.When we used to go to their previous location on Tampa, it was very good. Can't recommend them anymore, sorry.
Tri tip sandwich was delicious served on nice bun, I like the bbq sauce.The sides were pretty good. I’d go again.
The new owner is has done a disservice to the Rosie's reputation. The new menu offers everything A La Carte. Gone are plates , replaced by baking pans. Sides are served in little paper trays. Place order at cashier, get a number to wait for your meal. No further attention once you get meal. You are forgotten. You feel like you're at a fast food place, though the prices will tell you otherwise. With the other owner, rolls were brought to the table as soon as you'd sit down. Now, the rolls are on the A La Carte menu!! Wood Ranch, here I come.
The food is good, but the menu is severely limited from what it was even a year ago. It has gone from a nice sit down restaurant to an order at the counter kind of place with paper baskets for the sides and a metal Army-looking metal tray that the meat is served on. There are also no more steak knives. I will get the food again at some point but only for takeout because the dine in experience was really unsatisfactory. Rosies... please bring back a real sit down restaurant experience. Panera is better than our dining experience.
What a big disappointment, my tri trip was dry, my ribs were dry and cold ,I had to order my food at the door, no service I had to get up and get my own drink and container, they had no ice cream and also no hot sauce it felt like eating in a school cafeteria. Your plate is a metal tray with paper on it that your food was on. Very small portions!!! We used to come here before Covid. Won’t go back. Horrible!

We were overcharged by the cashier. When I brought it to her attention she went back to the register and gave me a new bill which was lower.Looking at my account, it looks like the more expensive bill was charged to my account.I will contact the manager for a correction. If that does not work I will contact the authorities.
I ordered babyback rib dinner and got dried up ribs they were like jerkie nothing tender and didn't get 2 side orders I had to pay extra for that. They wanted to give me a 6oz side and a small soda for $43.00 never again I want to stonefire and got quality rib dinner for a reasonable price.
The barbecue at this place is legit! I’m visiting from the Dallas area, and I can say without hesitation that the brisket at Rosie’s is right up there with the best that you’d find in Texas. The pork belly burnt ends and pulled pork were also exceptional! Delicious sides, and don’t forget the fresh-made lemonade! ? I didn’t get a chance to try their sauces, but you honestly don’t need it with this meat. All in all, a great experience. I’ll be back for sure!
