Great tasty pizza and good customer service.
Order was on time and hot. Delivery driver was friendly and professional.
Took over 2 hours to receive my pizza. Called the store to see when my order was and they clicked on me. Called back and the lady offered to refund me and I said yes, then didn't even refund me! Pizza arrived cold and my ordered was incorrect! Never ordering pizza from this location
I was disappointed in the amount of cheese in the stuff crust and this was a reward points pizza which I thought woud be extra special.

I put down on my order that I wanted curbside pickup at 6:00. I arrived at 6:00. I tapped the "I am here" icon and waited...and waited...and waited. I finally got out of my car at 6:08 to find out if they even got the message that I was there (as they never came out to let me know it would be delayed). The employee came out one door, while I went into the other door. 8 minutes may not seem like a long time, but for someone who tried this for the first time, an employee could have at LEAST come out to say "I see you. It will be a few more minutes."
Lower prices. Or make servings larger. Personal pizza waaaaay too small for the price.
Fix the pizza I ordered last night. Ordered stuffed crust with extra tomato sauce and got nearly none.
Unfortunately Pizza Hut keeps raising their prices but the quality of the food and customer services continues to tank! I really loved Pizza Hut, I never had an issue in the past but lately it seems like the quality of ingredients and the customer service is not the same. We ordered delivery today at 2:00 pm & it arrived cold and the dough was raw. I spent $26.00 on a medium veggie pizza but it went straight to the trash because raw dough is dangerous and can give you a bad case of stomach issues. I’m very upset and I hate to give bad reviews but why is the customer service lacking?
the amount of fees charged for delivery is inflated. I placed a $45 food order and my total was over $70 after your various fees and costs associated with delivery. I am more likely to order from a local restaurant without so many excessive charges.
