Not worth the cost charged. 16 dollars for two smalls, one topping each. Their swirling process gave us product that was hollow inside, so less product served. Only half the flavors offered due to broken equipment. Overall left us with a bad taste in our mouths, we love frozen yogurt. Not planning on ever going back here, unfortunately.
Not a lot of toppings to choose from and only one attendant when it is usually very busy.
Small place and no tables to enjoy your frozen yogurt inside the establishment but they have tables outside and I found it very convenient to seat and enjoy my yogurt. Delicious!

Worst customer service.
i visited this pinkberry for many years with my family and by the past 2 years the service is just getting worse ??♀️The employees have been getting so rude and making fun of the customers they are also short on supply. They cut the toppings to 4 when it used to be more... While serving the toppings that falls out of the cup they put it back in the container. Every time I come here they give me a very bad aditude, I spend over 70-90 dollars every time because I buy it for 9 people. They disrespect my Mother by talking back at her. I wish I could wish I could give this review a 0 star of how bad the service has been.
Employees were super friendly and up beat helped us with recommendations. Let us know what flavor they enjoy and what’s not so good for their liking.

This Pinkberry location often gets our Uber Eats delivery order quite wrong, but won't answer the phone...ever ?♀️ So, if we order, we just expect a surprise and hope we like what they have surprised us with. Tasty, but terrible customer service & inconsistency.
