3.50 for a borek that's way too when everyone else selling them for 1.50$ we usually buy 15-20 every morning, however, we wanted to visit this place because it was nearby, was not a good decision. Ended up buying two only and won't visit back.
If I could give negative star, I would. The girl at the front is extremely rude with 0 etiquette. Her co workers do nothing but give attitude wich they should not be allowed to . The churro was rock hard I wish they were still opened so I could have them taste it. Can not believe the experience I had today.
I wanted to really like this business but sadly I will never visit again. Very bad customer service and the girl behind the counter lacks in people skills. Zero of Five stars.
Cook's work very hard to provide consistently good food made fresh per order. The only problem here are the customers who refuse to use masks and demand fresh food but refuse to wait for the food to be made. Order in advance or get ready to wait cos it gets very busy and everything is from scratch.
Great place great delicious food and treats .
This place closes at 8:30pm, don’t waste your time driving here or even trying to make an order past 8pm. This “business” should change their hours if they are not going to serve people when they say they are open.
Love their Nutella and custard bonchiks
Amazing pastries!!! One of the best cakes I ever tried.
Unique Bakery - definitely worth visiting!Randomly found this place on a Google Search while in Northridge, CA. Upon arrival, we were greeted by what appeared to be (key point - our perspective) a somewhat short customer greeting. The food on display looked like it had been there for some time, and we almost left! The shop was really unique and we looked around at all the different things it had to offer, and noticed that some individuals were sitting and waiting, while others were coming in and picking up orders. There was a constant flow of customers and calls coming in, so we figured there has to be something special about this place. We decided we were going to try the custard filled donut (not the proper name, sorry!) And the lady behind the counter told us it would be ten minutes. I was like, "hold on, are you making this fresh?" Her response, "yes..." So I asked her, "do you make everything fresh??" And she said, "yes, except for some of the pre-packaged items". Well then my friends, this was a game changer for us! We ended up ordering several items including a meat stuffed Flatbread, a pizza flavored savory pie like item, the custard filled donut as well as a regular donut. They have several very well spaced out tables, all with unique coffee table books and a beautiful mural on one wall. The entire vibe was unique and funky. All the items we tried were delicious, and we will definitely be going back!Another thing to note was that they used fresh oil to deep fry their food... I can tell when places keep re-using old oil. With old oil items are darker and the oil seeps into the food and you can taste it. We the items we bought from here, the oil was FRESH!
I called at 8:35pm to place an order & i was told by Ryan it was too late to place an order because kitchen closes at 8:30pm i asked for a number for a manager since last time i went in store after 8:30 & they took my order. He didnt have a number to give me. Very unproffesional!
