I'm having breakfast/lunch right this moment and I got to say that this is my first time and my last, customer service is really bad waited in line for 30 minutes when there only were 2 people in from of me, the guy behind me decided to use the fast lane, order your self and after 5 minutes when he completed his order was told that I wasn't working that he needed to get in line, when it was my turn I told the cashier that it was my first time there and it didn't made no difference cause she was rushing me, I wanted a vanilla latte and she said that the machine wasn't working so I order a regular coffee and a grilled cheese sandwich after I sat down after 10 minutes a lady came to me and ask me if I was waiting for an order cause the kitchen wasn't receiving the order and ask me for my receipt to take it to the kitchen, after 10 minutes came back with my sandwich and chips and no coffee I ask and she brought it after, the grilled cheese sandwich was horrible I forced my self to eat half of it cause I needed to take medication. Won't be coming back again forgot to add that I had to clean the table cause it all the tables were dirty.
Food was good but a little pricy. We tried the pizza and it was delicious. Ordering was a hassle.
Excellent bakery and sandwiches. Pretty good coffee as well. Great place to stop in for lunch. Order ahead of time from the app, or on site. Either way it's fast and freshly made and tasty. Try the Napa Almond Chicken, or Turkey Avocado, or Tuna if you prefer. All good. Can't go wrong. Each order comes with an apple or bag of chips as a bonus. Choose of breads.
We shared a You Pick 2: the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken and the Thai Chicken Soup. Both were amazing!

Let me start by saying that based on experience, I go to Panera expecting great coffee, delicious sandwiches, fresh bagels and okay service. ?♂️ However, Kayla at this Northridge location is absolutely incredible. I placed a large order about an hour before closing and she was amazing. She was super patient and went out of her way to triple check my order and even caught me outside when I had forgotten something. I've worked retail before and I know how difficult dealing with customers can be so to find such great people eager to help you with a smile is super refreshing. Thank you again, Kayla. I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have such a wonderful asset on their team.
Ordered a takeout meal at 4:36. Said it would be ready in 10 mins. Came into the store and had to wait an additional 40 minutes after that for our order to be ready!! Absolute nonsense! Slowest service I’ve ever received. And the food wasn’t even that good. Especially for the price. Don’t waste your time here. You could drive to another Panera farther away and likely get your food faster
I love Panera bread but my experience today and yesterday was not so well. Yesterday I order chicken noodle soup and literally barley had any chicken. I ordered the same thing and go some random soup.
Love the food here it's pretty darn delicious..The prices aren't to bad. I like to add also that there employees are very friendly,also helpful.
$6 for a water cup sized smoothie…very misleading considering the smoothies advertised were clearly in regular sized cups.Quite hilarious how they kept a straight face while handing me that joke of a smoothie. Unless you’re trying to get completely ripped off and treated poorly by employees, steer away from this place.
