This McDonald’s has inconsistent service. You don’t get your entire order on many occasions or just don’t get your order correct. For example The manager couldn’t, in a friendly, timely or fair manner, correct a 4 piece chicken McNuggets order. The customer service is abysmal overall. The communication is poor. Prices for quality of food is not worth eating here. McDonald’s used to at minimum be a value.The only one okay thing here is if I asked to make food “fresh made to order” I do get fresh to order food but I have to ask each time if it was communicated & on the receipt & of course you have to pull over & wait which is overall understandable however the wait time is 20 minutes plus.I suppose since McDonald’s is high volume assembly line like turnover it’s very distracting & disturbing to the staff to ask things like “make fresh to order” but if you don’t ask you are likely to get chicken nuggets that’s been sitting out for up to 2 or more hours under a heat lamp. (You have to ask for your entire order be made fresh)Twice at this location, but also at other locations, have gotten chicken nuggets that tastes old & gamey which is interesting considering the nuggets are made mostly of some chemical soup water than actual chicken. Also the fries never seem to be fresh here. The fries are often inedible IMO.Overall I don’t recommend McDonald’s here or anywhere. Just don’t give then your business unless your in a pinch & you don’t have other options. There’s always other options…..
Got my order all wrong ! To be honest I think that because they we're running two lanes, that the kid just got mixed up and gave me the wrong order it could have been really bad. I didn't get anything I ordered and I got way more food than I paid for I took it back because it's only honest thing to do and they wouldn't even count my meal they still made me pay for it after I drove almost three and a half miles away and had to turn around and come back very dissatisfied they get two stars for having a good location having 88 parking ramp and assist the doors as well as bathrooms and bathroom stalls and I'm a big fan of the order from your phone and wait in the parking lot app!
They were having a hard time last night.Seemed like they couldn't get the orders together for the 2 cars ahead of me.When it was my turn, sure enough, I literally had to tell them 5 times that my order was the number 7. They handed me someone else's order twice. When I got home I saw my fry container was only 1/3 filled.Everyone seemed so flustered I had to have an extra measure of patience with them.Everyone has an "off" night. Hopefully this doesnt become a pattern with them.

This is one of, if not the best, McDonalds. Always super clean in and out. The food always looks like it does in a commercial.
Seemed understaffed, walked in ,only saw 2 or 3 people in there . Concentrated on drive thru. Got tired of waiting to order , had to leave
This McDonald's is the WORST!!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. I was waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes at 4:30am and finally just left after no one was saying anything in the speaker. I said hello at least 5 times and received no response. And then I went back the next morning around the same time. This time the guy said thru the speaker "sorry we only have drinks available at the moment, were prepping for breakfast". Its like if you are open 24 Hours and you have the breakfast menu up then you SHOULD be serving breakfast. At times this McDonald's gas even blocked the entrance with cones so you couldn't enter at all. It's like if you're supposed to be open 24 hours then you HAVE to be open 24 hours....unless a major thing like a blackout or earthquake has happened. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'll probably never go back.
Had to wait in line a little longer than I wanted to, but the employee apologized when I rolled my window down. They always make my orders correctly, especially since I customize my orders all of the time.
