Been going there a lot lately for something light and I’m sure they’re under staffed which is not the employees fault but 2 instances I’ve been talked to disrespectfully when they got my order wrong over a simple caramel frappe and now for instance they didnt have glazed donuts and instead of giving me a refund like I agreed to they said they’d check to see if they have anymore after telling me they didnt have any. The women who’s name i didnt catch, gave us the glazed donuts and they were cold and the glaze was somehow melting. I wasnt the one driving so unfortunately we left without getting the refund but this is not ok. There are workers there who have great customer service but then others ruin the experience for us. Just do better is all I ask.
Food was rotten when I got it!! Also my soda was warm!! Worst place for food in Tujunga
They didn’t give me my food right i asked for some spicy chicken sandwich and they give my sandwich with a spicy mcChicken meat lol
Went for a late snack with my family, and even though the place was busy, Samantha and Melanie gave us an A+ service, made us feel welcome and appreciated. The world needs more people like them, kudos to them and the management team for the wonderful job!!
Service what is what you would expect from a college kid whose just working for the money. The food was okay. I never liked McDonald's but it was the closest restaurant to me. I was surprised that they don't accept EBT, but I guess they never did. Sufficient nutrition was supplied. I was satisfied but not impressed.
For being a McDonald's, it's surprisingly a good place. Nice service when I went, and good w/ all ages.
Today I got an amazing experience with Samantha and Melany help. Both really kind customer service!

Nice place & clean, service not good for me cuz when we got there me my friend &my family we are waiting on line McDonald's guys just looking to us didn't say the magic words I WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE.
Hard to understand the person taking the order. Her English was very broken and and hard to understand. Sounded like she was speaking Spanish or the like.
