Normally I don't usually have a problem at McDonald's, but, when they close the restrooms to the public I think it's a little too much. Yes, it was in Northridge and near CSUN, but, c'mon, people going to eat in the restaurant should not have to scrounge around to leave and find facilities. We had a couple of hot fudge sundaes and geez they are completely over priced for what they give you. They have eliminated the nuts for them and charge over $4 per serving. I won't do that again.
Might not be good for you but it sure is quick and convenient when I'm super busy.
Awesome I love the new app with all the deals I think they are very successful with this my kids love it and it's really good for people on a budget
I love the mobile order booths, very accessible for me to do self checkout and take the orders out.
General Mc, but the staffs in this one didn’t wash or sanitize their hands after holding the cellphone to check mobile order number and touched the fries and food box inside during the packing process. And they didn’t wear a mask (not for Covid concern) to prevent mouth water getting on the food as they talked loud during packing. For people who care this MC may not be a good option
Walked in there to order food but had to use the restroom urgently.Asked some old lady behind the register if I could get the restroom code. She responded with "Did you order yet" which I followed with "Not yet". She immediately turned away from me without a word and continued setting up coffee filters in the coffee machine.Waste of my time. No sense of customer service
Whenever I come to this location everything is overcooked and dry :( I usually don't leave bad reviews for something like this but I've never had an order from here turn out good, I always drive to other nearby locations farther from the university. Employees seem nice enough though, and I respect their high volume customer service day in day out
Took over half an hr just for a chicken sandwich that i had to order thru the kiosk since there wasnt even a cashier available
They didn't screw up my order. What else to say about this place
Terrible, their prices are about 25% higher than all the other McDonald's in the area. Drive about 2 minutes in any direction and get better deals and better service. Avoid these opportunistic owners that take advantage of the consumers.
