This McDonald’s has the habit of not handing out orders complete. If your going through the drive-thru always check. And when you’re waiting, is when they take the advantage of you; because they know you’re going to leave right away. I wouldn’t go back to this one anymore.
There’s a teenager there named Briana who was very rude. She has such a big attitude. Also the manager there with big ears she’s always gotten attitude and she touches food with her hands.
3:50 am Monday March 14I came to the drive thru to tell them my order was not filled correctly. I was polite. At the pick-up window, I politely said, "Somebody goofed." the shift manager (burgundy shirt, no name badge, medium brown hair) handed me the correct order, but gave me a rude attitude including telling me to "go away" and "get out of here." Such unprofessionalism is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I bought two sausage macmuffin and its was really bad the egg in both sándwiches they had the a lot of egg shell in there I would if macdonald's can check there products.
So they have these big panel ordering screens inside, skip the line. A very nice girl tried to help us. Took longer the the three people in line took, so now no line. (Covid disabled now)We (she) got half the order in and hit Check Out. We both said WAIT. "OK, I'll just cancel the order and start over."I just turned and ordered at the register.It took like 10 clicks for each item, way too complicated. I have the APP and can save good money but have never completed an order with it, also way too much work. They need to look at Starbucks, I use there APP all the time and it works well.Oh yeah, restaurant was great, staff was pleasant and helpful, and I seem to get breakfast there at least once a week.Update:Now using the app on my phone, seems to work smooth now. Use it option often.
I ordered from the drive-through nuggets combo. Poor service I received my order no ketchup, no salt and pepper, no sauce for the nuggets. Very poor service
I ordered a Large shake and was given a large cola instead. I wasn’t able to check the back since I had 4 meals for other people. When I called and asked what happened they said “I’m sorry but we can not control what is given to the customers” I’m sorry but that’s your main job.
I appreciated that it was open 24 hrs and of course everyone loves a sausage mc muffin

I ordered through the mc Donald's app. The app told me that the store was closed so I chose curb side pick up. I ended up going inside and getting my order. I enjoyed my food I waited 8 mins. For my big Mac. Good option. I went at 9:30 at night.
