This place is great. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The broth is one of the bests i’ve had, very tasty and flavourful. The uni was fresh but the rice could really be better. The baked mussels are a must try at least once (they were awesome). Shishito peppers are amazing. Overall this place is one of our happy places.
WOW!!!! I LOVED IT HERE!!!!! They seat you quick food takes a little while to cone to you but YOU CANT RUSH ART.LOL HAHAHHAH???..service is great I love sushi but can't use chopsticks ? guy was so cool about it he got me lime trainers you put on the sticks to see if I can do it...but just incase I FAIL (WHICH I DID) he brought me utensils.so super cool ?...prices are decent , Only suggestion would be to have their sodas be free refills instead of in a can it's kind of cheap for the good quality of a restaurant that it is.
Came here like 20 mins before they closed and they almost didn't let me in but the server said it was cool and he would sit and take care of us. Food was delicious and fast. ordered 2 ramen bowls and 3 rolls. they were all good! had to tip the server for taking us but it was a great way to end a good night!!!
We ordered vegetable tempura, a dragon roll, a veggie roll and an avocado roll along with a couple of Sapporo beers. What a great meal!The flavors were fresh and the presentation was mouth watering. They also offer ramen.I highly recommend this place for all sushi lovers, vegetarian or otherwise.
The broth and noodles tasted good and so did the salmon avocado roll.The vibe there is nice and you don’t feel crowded this was probably because I went on Christmas 12/25/21 their was really good customer service .a great place to go with friends or family to enjoy some yummy food.
The sesame chicken was in the like of a chicken giblet. The entrees were we're very small compared to what is advertised in the postmates and their website. I'm talking rolls the size of a quarter and about an inch thick. I was unable to receive a refund as anyone would at a restaurant where they are displeased with the food. The manager, Arah, could only say s/he was sorry And that they wrote down my name so that when I visit them I can get a credit for $30. I spent $90 on a dinner my family did not eat because it was of low quality, tasteless, stale, re-fried and too small for my family. Avoid this establishment unless you don't mind spending dough and maybe if you eat there they treat you better. Will someone please tell me how do you get a refund through postmates!? ?

5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. They have issues with answering the phone when I call and the service is slow and the staff is not the warmest. They have a large parking lot which is also a plus in my book.I usually go to to the Encino location but I was in the area so I figured I’d try this one out. I’ve always been a huge fan of Ramen and have been to many in the valley, but this chain is my all time favorite. They have sushi as well which makes a great appetizer. I usually get the California rolls because it’s light for the Ramen that comes after. I usually get the Black Ramen but you can also create your own with your favorite toppings which is always a nice choice, especially for ramen beginners.The only issue I had this time around was I had a $10 gift card and I was unable to use it. The manger came over and apologized and stated that they had switched over systems and it was “down today” and that I should be able to use it next time. It was a little frustrating because the one time I try to use it, it seems to be magically broken. I will try again next time and update my review if needed.
OMG!!! I have been eating Sushi for decades.... this was the worst sushi experience I gave ever had! Oh gross. We had to throw out almost all of it... totally ruined a celebration... ugh just gross, and now 3 out of four, who ate, are nauseated...
I have always enjoyed their food. Customer service is not the best because they are not the kindest or fastest, but it seems fairly busy so it is understandable.
