Extremely horrible costumer service. Food was good but I ordered a club sub and they didn't put the bacon on which is an integral part of a club sandwich. I like jersey Mike's but this location needs better employees.
Terrible customer service.. got our order wrong, made us wait 20 minutes to even acknowledge us and then blew us off as we got our food.
Friendly and smart personnel. Even if they tired, they are friendly, smile and prepare the sandwich fast and efficient. Will be back.
This location is my absolute favorite. It’s a super busy spot but the service is outstanding and it all stems from great leadership. The manager is ALWAYS a ray of sunshine that keeps it running efficient and smoothly. I come regularly and often see the employees taking unfair heat from customers but they keep their cool and keep serving the deliciousness. Anyone who says they have bad service here just can’t be patient for 1 minute. Love this crew!

You guys need to update your times or something, second time i have tried to come here at 9:35pm to only find out its closed already.
I had a good review here but the last few times i’ve been here the service has been AWFUL!! My food isn’t out until 10-30 mins after the time it says. That’s pretty ratch and you guys need to figure it out. good product though.
Ordered pick up last night, after the ordering, pick up at 7:34 p.m, arrived there inside the store around 7:30, the lady said,wait just a min.then walked away . I was kept on waiting and waiting until I approached her again, and she said it will be ready, 5 more customers done picking up ahead of me, not until 7:52 p.m where I got my order, for the 2 reg. sandwiches, instead of enjoying your food, it creates stress...Bad customer service...
Bad service. Manager is rude and does not lead a great example for workers. They kept rushing me to decide what sub I wanted either cold or hot. So I asked employees if they were in a rush and answered rudely. Manager told worker not to ask me anymore because I would get mad. Took my service elsewhere.
