The most unsanitary jersey Mike's I've been too. He held the piece of turkey he cut for my sandwich against his apron and then put it in my sandwich. He slide my sandwich against the counter to the other employee. The whole crew was being very careless and acted like they didn't care that a customer was there. They talked about whatever they wanted which were things inappropriate around customers. Very disappointed with this location will not be coming again.
The rolls are like chewing on a dough ball No taste and break apart easily Other wise the meat was ok

I hope the portobello mushroom and Swiss with roast beef. It is sooooo delicious.
The Manager at Northridge location has zero customer service training. They made me pick up the wrong sub they made a mistake on. They forgot chips orders. She made wait while preparing 2 sandwiches and taking orders of3 other customers that came after me. She made me bring the wrong sandwich and didn't let me keep it when she knew she had to throw it away. Zero cautiness for Covid in regards to her staff.

Ordered 2 Regular Super Subs and 1 Regular Club Sub. They were "Regular" size, but to ME they looked kind of small. Maybe, that's how big the "Regular" is supposed to be. I'll give Jersey Mike's the benefit of the doubt. The Super Sub was DELICIOUS. Plenty of ham, Proscuito, Cappicola, Provolone,veggies, Oregano, oil 'n vinegar and I ordered it with Cherry Pepper Paste which provided some "zip."My friend had the Club Sub and he devoured it saying it was "great."Job well done Jersey Mike's.PS - I ordered via the app for pickup. I have a VERY PAINFUL LEFT KNEE & HIP due to Arthritis. Walking is difficult for me. When I got to Jersey Mike's I called to advise I was there to pick-up my order and explained about my walking situation. A wonderful young man told me to stay in my car and turn on my hazard lights and he will bring my order to the car.What a FANTASTIC EMPLOYEE! I regret not getting his name to give him well deserved kudos!!

The sandwiches are very good but I think they have gotten smaller
