I wasn't quite pleasant with the customer service because the person in the counter couldn't really hear me, and even though I repeated it three times she appearantly didn't understand since she didn't bother to confirm with me and just go ahead and placed the wrong order. I like the food here but I'd hesitate to comeback or I'd hope to have another person help me the next time if I do comeback.

Great fast food location, obtaining lots of tasty options. Their burgers are the perfect size with a juicy taste. There is a wide variety of drinks, as well as sandwiches. The drive-thru option is very efficient, as you receive your food quickly.
After lots of shopping we were all hungry, then we went to Porter Ranch location to eat at Jack-in-the-Box unfortunately the lady who was accepting the order she was very rude and didn’t even let me finish my order and when I got my order the fries were cold and not fresh then (unfortunately we were on freewayThat we figured out) finally we just paid for the food that was not eatable?.
What can i say about Jack in the Box besides wonderful all around no matter what time it is everything at Jack in the Box is excellent as the people that work there making them excellent as the food they serve with your choice of drink wether it's water or coke is all excellent. Thank you
Good service but every time I ordered rice bowl egg roll was always missing
The utlimate cheese burger with added tomatos & lettuce is amazing. It cost more but worth it. There crew is very nice

Oct 14th, 2021 - middle of CV-19 & the front counter crew, & 1 of the mgrs aren't wearing masks, as mandated by law. The cooks are & some crew, but not the ppl engaging with the public. Unacceptable.
i ordered food online and my order came all wet soggy and the bag was all wet.
