I visit this location frequently the service has gotten worse and worse employees don't care the manager doesn't care likes to argue with you about your orders and I have decided I will not be going back to this location any longer
I always go here for their curly fries. The burgers are a bonus??
I don’t see why you have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order . It’s not time efficient . You order online to avoid such issues
As far as Jack in the Box goes this is a good one. And friendly staff too.
Went to this Jack and waited for quite awhile in the drive thru. Finally got the food. Fries were cold and dry. Breakfast sandwiches looked like they were smashed. This jack doesn’t have standards like the other Jacks.
Literally just left there at 3 am. I order 5 piece mini churro which now went up to 2.18. No problem I just asked for them fresh because I had old ones from there before. I pull up to the window he’s already bagging them up so I asked if they were fresh we went back and forth he said yes I’m not lying…. Why tfk are these churros old asfk they’re hard literally almost cracked my tooth on the first one so I tried another to see and yes hard and old no cinnamon on them and he was the manager. Blatantly looked in my face and lied and now won’t answer the phone.
Clean, quick and absolutely excellently prepared food.
Exceptionally clean inside and out. Super friendly staff and quick service. The food was freshly made and looked as good as in a commercial.
Always check the app for deals. You can really save some on food.
