This place stays busy! There's always a line down Balboa. That being said, this team keeps that line moving. The employees are always pleasant and busy busy busy.I don't eat here often, but every time I do, the food is always made the same.

ugh. This is the second time we come, hoping that everything will be fine. But alas - for the first time we took a double burger - so they brought us a burger with one cutlet cut in half. And a couple of days ago they ordered the largest bucket with everything for 3k - and they brought us a half-empty bucket with burnt wings, potatoes and a type of nuggets, which were completely tasteless.

Even though the lines are long, the staff is very friendly and happy. They also have a really nice patio area to go in and eat with the family.Id recommend this to all Valley people.....

It's In-N-Out! What else can I say? Their burgers are fantastic. The lines are long but whatever. It's a common trait among all In-N-Outs.

I went yesterday and the line was about 20 cars long but the wait was only about 20 minutes. The food is so good and the price value is still good that waiting 20 minutes is well worth it. The order was taken outside by a gentleman with a order pad. I would recommend this place any day.

Someone cut in line (nearly hitting the guy in front of me and cutting off 9 other cars), I let the employee know, and they still let him place his order at the window and get his food. On top of that, the fries were undercooked and the drink was watered down. This might be the worst in n out experience I've ever had.

The freindly staff who take your order and serve your food.

I was trying to take a right on the light and wondered why it was taking so long. Forgot in n out was here so I stayed committed. Delicious food best quality in Cali and doesn't break the bank. Rewarded myself with one of their delicious strawberry shakes for the wait (15min). Worth it

You can't go wrong with old fashioned American burger. They always make it right. Although the lines are usually long, it's well worth the wait.

The burgers are pretty good. But they just do not compare to Schaller's on the lake in Rochester, NY.
