I enjoy their breakfast, one of the only reasons I come here. Always getting their breakfast sampler. This specific location, their customer service isn't the best. We had an issue where they ran out of English muffins, and instead of them making us aware. They waited until we ask if we were going to receive them. Why wait? On top of the the waitress had an attitude the whole time.Aside from that, the food was cooked to my request and as always I enjoyed their pancakes. My wife also ordered a sandwich as was made to her request.Over looking the low quality customer service, we wouldn't mind coming here again.
Service wasn't good, when I first got there, it wasn't busy.... Was around 930am, then it did get busy, and I'm very conscientious about that, but it was beyond acceptable.... The wrong order came, the person who delivered it, fixed it and that was good, and the food was good, I wasn't checked on once by my server in over 40 minutes, and when she went by, I flagged her down, asked for a check, over 10 minutes later, no check, flagged someone else down , told then I needed a check and I needed to go, still took probably another 10 minutes....The good news was, I was working remotely and I got what I needed to get done.... I appreciate the space, and the food, hopefully my server/the location did better the rest of the day, I personally won't be making efforts to return here anytime soon.
Kinda unimpressive. Very basic burger and light on the fries. Ordered the jalapeño pepper burger. Didn't taste much more than spice. Burger was so thick and oddly made I couldn't pick it up and ended up eating it with a fork.That all said it was cooked properly. Fries had an okay taste for obviously frozen. Restaurant was clean. Staff could have been better.
Usually it's a good experience being here but today was quite different maybe because it's Sunday, family day, there's a lot of customers so the service was not good. Our server had too much table for her to handle, I don't blame her not to be able to give good service.
Came here for dinner with my daughters. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Clean establishment. Alexandra provided great service!
I gave them a two stars because our order was messed up. And after I talked to them on the phone they told me to come in I work security 12 hours a night across the street. But I went in and the manager said she would replace my food, I don't even want the two burgers I just want one burger. And she was very nice about it. I've been eating here for many years. And I'm glad that they have this location now. I get to bring my son home breakfast really early in the morning when I get off work. And they're always very nice. Thanks for the service and thanks for taking care of the order. Thanks for the service
Don't use the curbside pick up. You'll never get your food. Because they cannot be troubled to do their job. Had to go inside and get my NOW COLD FOOD. No apologies. Just sign here.
Busy. Busy. Busy. Crowded. Busy. Just going to the bathroom I nearly got run over by two employees. Also, it felt more like fast food with a restaurant price. The syrup packets were a little stingy as well.
While the food was fine, i was heavily disturbed to the point of being unable to hold a simple conversation with my companion, thanks to this strange wall art of a threatening child creeping out from behind a stack of pancakes.
Really crowded in Northridge, but they really try...with limited staff. Warm accommodating servers. Like that they stay open 24 hrs.
