Cool place, pretty crowded when we went on a hot summer night. Many flavors to choose from, will have to go back and try others.
I love going her with my husband when ever we have time and are around the area. Everything about this ice cream parlor is perfect try out the cotton candy milk shakes or their monstrous banana splits perfect for a date with your dearest close loved one. A place to never forget and always return. Definitely recommending to all stop and enjoy.
What a great place and so many choices. Hard to decide because they are all so good. The staff are friendly and so welcoming. Most of all they will get your order right the first time.
Handel’s is the best ice cream I have ever had in all my 75 years of life! The only DOWNSIDE of their Northridge location is that they are trying to satisfy a huge demand with only 2 servers on Saturday nightWho owns this franchise? The line tonight is 40 feet outside the store! My wife and I have been on line for 20 minutes and haven’t even gotten in the door.People drive up and seeing the line just leave.Review: THE PRODUCT IS THE BEST BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!!!!In answer to your question, we parked at 9:00PM and didn’t get served until 9:40 pm. There were 4 people in the store, but only 2 of them were serving most of the time. One spent 30 minutes sweeping the floor and washing scoops, and the 4th was only in sight for about 5 minutes while I could see inside the store. We ate our ice cream in our car and drove home at almost 10:20 at which time the end of the long line outside the store were finally getting in the door.It is my guess that an a Friday or Saturday night when outside temperatures have been in the 80’s or 90’s you might reasonably have 6 or 8 servers scooping ice cream, and if the floor needs sweeping or scoops need washing make that an extra person.I counted 6 or 7 cars drive up and looking at the line outside, just shook their heads and drove out! In the future if I want some of your delicious ice cream on a Friday or Saturday night, I will have to think twice about waiting on that 40 foot 45 minute line.If you change your staffing on those nights it will be obvious from the street.
So many amazing flavors! Love there are locations all over SoCal now. This felt like the biggest location so far. Service and prices are always good.
Why did i just find this place?!! Soooo good. If you like ice cream and are in the valley, you have to try Handel’s. They have very many different flavors and a lot of seating space outside!
The ice cream here is incredible! Try the pumpkin pie flavor!
Their ice is really good here and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend trying out one of their so many delicious flavors for yourself.

I'm only sad that it took me so long to find this amazing ice cream parlor! Incredible choice of flavors, and each one is fantastic!! Last night I tried Mud Pie ~ heaven!! Their motto is "We don't skimp" & boy, do they live up to it. The pictures are of SINGLE cones (coffee chocolate chip on the left & vanilla caramel brownie on the right) ?
