We enjoy their Happy Hour at least once a month. My wife enjoys their huge and delicious dinner salad.
Excellent food, excellent service, and an excellent atmosphere. Chef's Sushi Plate was incredible. If you want good sushi, GO HERE!
Best happy hour! Timmy is always an amazing server. The Washington roll, salmon crunch and big bang are my go to rolls. The spicy tuna hand roll and spicy tuna crunch are great as well!
UberEats had a great $20 off 40 deal, first time in many years having sushi or Japanese food. Bento box really good, spicy chicken and salmon teriyaki. Spicy garlic tuna capacious was good, also soup that came with it. Everything packaged well, with labels.
Asked for Drinks options. Waiter seemed annoyed and started listing out the usual stuff. The moment I asked for Root Beer and Raspberry Iced Tea, they didn’t have those. Also he did not bother checking on our tables for anything including Refills! Also the Mt. Roll picture on the menu is misleading. It did not come with the ball in the middle and was presented like a regular roll. Waiter also dropped off the check and did not pick up the card for payment until more than 10min+. Everything else is good tho. Photo attached that all the food finished.
The sushi is fresh and delicious. The servings are great size and the presentation is wonderful. My only issue is with the staff. Very unfriendly, cold, and as if they don't want you there. As a customer, you want to feel welcomed. Hopefully, they change their attitude soon or that will be the last time we dine there.
Have ordered from here via UberEATS multiple times! Great stuff!! The role I took a picture of by itself was Sashimi which is my favorite! Other picture is from today which includes Shashami, Philadelphia roll, Tuna roll, California role, and Miso soup. 5/5 again!Just added pictures of the yellow tail, salmon, and Philadelphia rolls, two each! I love this place!!!
I’ve been coming here for years. Their bento boxes are fantastic and rolls so good. If you walk in and order take out, you get happy hour prices all day ! Plenty of parking (since it’s right outside of the Northridge Mall) and my beloved Sharetea is next door - huzzah!
I loved the sushi rolls and other Japanese cuisine. Packaging for take out was appropriate. Definitely will order again!
This place is pretty good for sushi. One thing that's stands out is their fried shrimp appetizer that comes with a sweet jalapeño dipping sauce. Their sushi is pretty good also with your typical fish varieties available. I always use their albacore as a meter for how good a sushi spot is. It's been very good all the times I've been here. They also have a great selection of sake. I definitely recommend any of the junmai daiginjo types to go with Sapporo, Kirin or Asahi beer.
