Great food and experience! All you can eat and it was definitely a good price per person. We where seated immediately at around 1pm on a Sunday. Highly recommend this place if you like Korean bbq
My favorite Korean BBQ place in the valley! I hadn't been here in years because of the pandemic but was so happy to be back. They have all you can eat dinner for $27.95 and it's totally worth it. Some of my favorite are the brisket, bulgogi, and the garlic chicken. I love eating the meats with the white rice and the sides. Make sure to try other radish wraps, they are always a fav favorite.I came on Saturday night and only had to wait about five minutes. There is lots of seating inside and they have tables for large parties as well. The service was wonderful and they constantly were checking in on us and changing out our grill when needed.
Service sucks, let's start there. We had a waitress who rolled her eyes at my teenagers when we asked for straws and a spoon and forks. They never brought my utensils until i asked the manager for it when he came to check up on us. I had the waitress switched and the next one was better but none of them are friendly or try to make an effort to make u feel welcomed or to be serving you. The food isn't that great and we ordered steak, bulgogi, Cajun chicken and garlic chicken. The seasoning is very light, needs flavor. Asked for hot sauce and took forever to get it. The small dishes were limited and wouldn't bring any until I asked 30 mins later. I was very irritated and wouldn't come back. I wouldn't recommend it either, sadly.
The servers are genuinely working hard to please the customers and get their orders right. Very friendly staff even under pressure.Side dish, rice and Sodas are unlimited. The grills are changed each time they see some charring.Must try: Their calamari (not spicy) taste and texture is amazing.Order Bulgogi plate at least 2 per run.
We were a group of 6 and knew what we wanted so we ordered right when our waiter came. He was really nice but not fast and he brought us things one at a time. Sometime our order would get lost or he would say he would bring it and it never came. Food was good and it wasn't crowded but there was a wait. All in all good but survis was slow.
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here, Andrew was so sweet and made sure my daughter had everything she wanted. He did an amazing job. Thank you so much Andrew. Special thank you to the guy who was cleaning the tables! my God this guy was also making sure we didn’t have any dirty plate and brought water a couple times. Both were great. We went around 4pm so the atmosphere was divine?thank you guys
The food here is great! The bulgogi is sweeter than other places which is not what I prefer but it is still tasty. The waiting times can be long but I have always enjoyed the food and drinks here.
Been here multiple times. Food is good for the price. Sometimes you'll get a server that's either slow or just tired. I guess as a customer, just be more patient and understanding.
Dined on 01/08/22 at 3PM. Incredibly rude host and terrible service. Asked server for a side 2 times and it was never brought out. Servers kept bringing us the wrong things to our table and/or bringing us items we never even ordered. Meat was served to us basically frozen so the quality was terrible and took extremely long to cook even when the grill was on the highest setting. Probably the worst Gen I’ve ever been to.
Excellent food and ambiance. Attentive and friendly waitstaff despite the busy night. Can't go wrong, no matter what you order. Simple salads, marinated bulgari, garlic chicken, just to name a few !Plenty of outside seating and parking.
