Very friendly customer service, nice and clean place. Organic food. Best choice for vegetarians.

We came to pickup some banh-mi at their neighbor, we're intrigued by the name and ended up ordering a ton of takeout. This is probably the best deal in town. We had two incredible ladies precious and Paige help us navigate the menu, sauces and options. As some reviewers pointed, happy hour after 5 pm is the time to come. You get 5 free toppings and it's generous if you get it as a side. We got sweet potato, potato wedges with garlic aioli, golden panini, special wrap, 6 kinds of sauces and 5 toppings in little soup containers, all for such a ridiculously low price, for fresh, organic, prepared as you order, that we were blown away.Such great service, delicious food, this place deserves to do well. I cannot believe how they survive on such low prices for the value you get, esp when every other place is increasing their prices. You don't feel gross, it felt healthy, and who knew you could do so much with the humble potato. If you are ever in the valley, stop by fresh potato factory and get ready for a delectable experience. We will be back to try their 5 kinds of burgers.

Mmmmm yummy potater. Very good deals especially with their 5 toppling after 5 for 5 dollars ( something along those lines at least). Very good deals here, place is gluten-free and vegan friendly.

Fantastic, inspired vegetarian burgers, paninis and more! The food is fresh, incredibly tasty, and filling! The food is cooked and served with care and the service is excellent.

This restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options, but my favorite to order is the FPF. The potato wedges are a must-have and if you come during happy hour they are very reasonably priced. They also offer many add-ons for the potato wedges. My favorites to include are corn and chives and sour cream. What really makes this place stand out are the sauces that you can order on the side. They have very unique flavors like curry and pesto mayo.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a vegetarian option in the valley and are a big fan of potatoes. Parking is plentiful but in order to get the most value make sure you go during happy hour.

Their samosas are so delicious, especially with their coconut curry sauce! Place is vegan/GF Friendly.

Awesome food. Girl that works there is awesome very hard worker.

Not sure what happened to the black guy that used to work here but he was a gem. Really provided good service and cared about the way he made your food. I don’t know what the hell is going on now lol. Food is pretty good , I feel like they provide simple and healthy options that actually taste good and fill you up. But the service has gone into the DUMPSTER. Hope things get a lot better but I’m just going to say it was good while it lasted

Aaron was the manager for a long time and service and food was FIVE STARS - I've been eating here at least once a week since they opened. I took a little break for a few months and returned, and the food was honestly, kinda gross. The chipotle mayo was thick and chunky and had these chunky pieces of god-knows-what in it - tasted awful. The potatoes (had a wrap/burrito) tasted liked they were deep fried in butter, which may sound like a great idea, but was not. It's like they have the B team working now - service was terrible - no idea what happened, but the owner should probably find someone on par with Aaron.

While the menu looked very appetizing in the customer service was great, I expected the items to have a little more flavor. It is potatoes after all, and they require quite a bit of spice to bring out the pizzazz in them. For what I paid for street taco ($3) I expected a little more flavor. The cilantro lacked flavor, that's a first for me. Overall it was fun to be able to say "I've been to the potato factory", but It won't be my first place to stop for potatoes next time I'm craving something.
