I paid extra for a double pollo bowl, only to get the same amount Of chicken as a regular pollo bowl. The pollo bowl used to have 2 scoops of check and now they put 1 scoop of chicken and whole bunch of corn. Rice and beans. It's a complete rip off. Almost $9 for this...not worth it. Pollo Loco in general is losing their touch. The chicken isn't even that great anymore. Will not be going back to PL for a very long time.
They usually are on their orders, but I got home and was missing my large guacamole. Disappointed but I will be going back.
The staff was very nice, and rhe place was clean. They didn't have Horchata though which I was craving! Lol, but other than that everything was good.
They go my order correct. Clean and friendly environment.. Will go again.
Like any other El Pollo Loco, but I stopped going since any time I got a Tostada Bowl the lettuce was always soggy/going bad

Didn't give me all of my order, and offered to give me half off the next time I come there, but not going there anymore and what about my food that I didn't receive? Spent money and didn't get to eat,just unprofessional.

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get stale hard rice or the green chili doesn't taste right. But on some days it's just so bomb and delicious. I had a chicken burrito and whhhew. After a long day of work it was perfect. ?? P.s stop being stingy with the chips ? 7 chips ain't enough.
