I really like the thin crust pizza and the pizza with Alfredo sauce with Italian sausage.Tried their pan pizza today and I liked it too.The website isn't exact on the delivery time it was about 10 to 15 min off ut I am happy with everything
Takes close to an hour for delivery. They showed it was already being inspected at 6:51pm and then the tracker at 7:15 showed they were baking it and the pizza left the store at 7:26PM and got here at 7:37PM. If you like waiting for your pizza, this is the place to order. I’ve been ordering from this location for a long time but this is the worst experience I had with them so far.
I made a huge mistake by ordering food from them. My order was completely wrong. My pizza was completely ruined and they forgot to put tomato sauce. The most disgusting pizza ever made by them. Don’t depend on them. I tossed my pizza in the trash. I would have not paid if I had checked my pizza. I can’t trust dominos. No frustrated and mad right now.
If I could give them a lower rating I would! I have ordered delivery from them on 3 separate occasions and they have messed up my order every time. The last time they claimed that a driver arrived to my house, called, didn’t get an answer and left after 15 minutes which was completely untrue. The worst part is the indifferent, non apologetic attitude that the female “assistant manager” had. Extremely poor customer service
The pizza is great but the delivery is the worst thing ever, sometimes they take 30 minutes to get here and on top of that they force you to tip or they get mad. It’s a less than 2 minute drive why do I have to tip for a small pizza?
Pizza was dry, overcooked, not even sure if it had cheese on it. The medium sizes are what other companys consider small or personal. Couldn’t tell if I was eating a pizza or cardboard. Dominos gets 2 thumbs down!
Ordered for an event. The app showed food was delivered 30 minutes ago. Food never arrived. Called Lindley location several times. Person answered phone, but wouldn't say anything, just kept hanging up on us. Worst customer service ever. Negative 5 stars.
Worst service I've ever had in my life
