Los empleados muy atentos y limpieza todo ellos
Was taken to a table and it had a ant going across the table. Told the waitress and she giggle a bit. We kill it and sat. After a few minutes my granddaughter said look more ants coming from the wall area so we asked to be moved they said if you want to go ahead so we did. After that order ate and left. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry this place wasn't the one. I have been to many different Denny's but this one was not good the wait of time was bad they bring you food that you did not even order they Handel your food to other people and service was terrible they are nice but it's not what we expect to be honest this place doesn't have what your looking for and service is really bad I'm sorry but it wasn'twhat I hoped for and what I wanted but it really did disappoint me because after a long day we wanted to have dinner and wasn't what we wanted but employees are alright but not the best .
Southern Fried Steak w/eggs & hashed browns was great and cooked perfectly. The meat was smaller than expected & smaller then the last time in ordered it pre-pandemic & the cost was higher as is most food anywhere these days so I'll have to let this go but the server who took my order didn't come around other than to pass by so 2 coffee refills, a napkin, water & 2 refills took far too long to get. I need water to eat due to a medical issue so waiting for that caused breakfast too take over an hour not to mention a shift change which sent my server home and replaced by only one server as far as I could see but i could be wrong. It started getting busier around 6:45 or so. I'd have gotten up to get help but I'm injured from a bike crash so sparing pain was priority.Maybe early mornings are like that or they were short staffed but regardless, when i arrived there were 4 people dining at 3 tables, 2 connected and one directly across so it shouldn't have been a problem at first.
I will not even give one star to Denny's. But I have to give it a rating I order to post my statement.The hostess seemed like she didn't wanted to be there. I kept repeated myself to her. Espeacially when I made it clearly I didn't eat cheese on my scrambled eggs and I wanted wheat toast. I got my scrambled eggs with cheese and I received white bread toast instead of wheat bread toast.
The food was good but they did not know the new specials and the service sucked. The place is a little run down and it doesn't look clean.
We've experienced similar bad service. For pick up we never get what we order. How can this branch continue to operate this way? I've visited other branches that were always perfect, like San Diego, awesome branch. Northridge has the worst service.
Worst place ever I have them a big tip for my friends and she never called me back.Asked for vaccination card but not the key to my heart. Ordered the eggs and they put cheese on it, yes you heard that right cheese ?, like I’m not a mouse. Would never come here again especially on a Thursday night after Ballet practice. Worst ihop I have ever been to!#notin
Excellent service, waiter was on top of making sure everything was satisfactory and always refilled our drinks.
Bad service. The main bigger Hispanic waiter was rude and couldn't get the orders correct. The silverware was dirty. We had to send back more than one fork and knife. Wrong drinks were brought out and the waiter had an attitude when the mistakes were brought to his attention. Dennys isn't fine dining but I expect better than this and at least good service and clean dishes. They failed miserably in those departments.
