Customer service is top their here! My son's game card had an issue and drained all its tokens within minutes and the manager Alexis took care of the issue and reloaded the card so he could enjoy his afternoon. It's nice when the manager of an establishment like this fixes the issue without making it a big deal. We will definitely be coming back here again..... and the food is good!

So much fun! Only a few games were not up and running but plenty of games were operating just fine. We played for about 45 minutes with the $45 play card. That gave us over 1,800 tickets and we were able to pick out two really cool prizes. After playing, we decided to eat at the bar. The food was delicious which was really unexpected. We also had 3 gift certificates that were expired but the manager accepted them! Thank you again! The manager taking them really made our day!A few call outsThere were a few sanitizer stations but all were empty. I even tried the pumps that were located on counters and they were empty too.We noticed graffiti in several various places. One of the games had it along a display and the table we were eating at in the bar area had it all over.While playing games, I almost tripped over a woman that was vacuuming. I didn't see her or hear her. Just for safety reasons I am bringing this up.

Good variety of games but we waited 15 minutes to get a soda at the bar! The bartender had to keep going all the way to the other end of the bar when mixing drinks and took her sweet time doing so.

I made reservation for my son’s birthday and paid 50% of the bill. On the email it said planner will contact you within 24 hours to over the party. Did not contact me. I waited till day before party and showed up myself. Front desc said our planners and managers are busy, read the contract !!! There is no contract when you book online and only option you have is online reservation!! Parents should know what is included and what is not !!! Also what we can bring and not !!! I wish they had 0 ⭐️. Parents be aware!!!

Such a fun place to come too especially if you come as a group. They check vaccination status here before they let you go upstairs. We played the air hockey game, basketball, lights game and Kung fu panda. Some issues you might encounter here is that some games will take the credits from your card but won't actually turn on for you to play. You can try and get someone to help but it can take some time for them to fix it for you or to find someone.

I truly hate giving bad reviews I'd rather keep them to myself but I'm hoping that management sees this one just so that they can ask themselves what can we do different. Unfortunately for this d&b's they opened right before the pandemic so they never had a true opportunity to promote themselves or serve the community. I've only been here three times to be fair but on the last time that I went the food was average the service was very poor. They have these self-help menus that were a little hard to navigate and if it's your first time using them and with no one there to really help you navigate through it it becomes confusing. I know everyone is suffering from a workforce shortage but I couldn't get my waitress to refill my tea until I went looking for her. I really hope they will improve because I'm fond of this franchise and I know it has potential to be better.

Andy the manager is very professional, attentive and truly cares about his customers. He took care of our issue since my 7 year old daughter lost her card , he immediately found a resolution. I can’t remember the cashier name at the gamers circle short hair , glasses , colored eyes whom really took the time to explain how each game works . Overall I would return based on this experience . Forgot to mention our host really pretty girl with long Milky nails and light colored hair whom sat us right away. Great management goes a long way . Thank you for assisting my family and I :

My review is because of the condescending manager at the front desk. We are over a week into the lift of the mask mandate and at the front desk we were greeted by three employees, one of whom asked for our vaccination proof and/or negative tests. We are all in compliance, I just didn't think I needed to carry them around anymore. One of the three employees was not wearing a mask. I was so thoroughly confused and asked why they were still requiring passports when mandates were lifted. The manager told us it was a corporate policy, and that they had to wait to be informed by corporate to change their policy. I asked why this information wasn't posted on their website and was told I should've called first. We drove about 30 minutes which wasn't a big deal but the attitude from the employees was frustrating.There is zero information about COVID on the corporate website. Their phone system says they follow county by county mandates and to check the website but alas nothing is there. We sat in the parking lot and tried to call but could never get anyone on the phone at any of the locations.We took a chance on another location just 20 minutes further and they had no idea about corporate having a policy like mentioned at this location, and said the follow county mandates. Thankfully we were about to have a blast somewhere else.
